CORPORATE ACQUISITIONS

We accompany the acquisition of a company from the analysis of the market and possible acquisition candidates to the successful completion of the acquisition.

The extent to which individual components are weighted more or less strongly depends on the individual case. In some cases, the ideal target company has already been identified; in others, it must first be determined on the basis of the agreed search criteria. None of this changes the goal of optimally preparing our clients for a company acquisition and completing the acquisition process professionally and successfully.

CORPORATE DISPOSALS

We advise our clients on the sale of their business from concept to closing.

One of our central tasks is to create a competitive situation between different interested parties or at least to keep alternatives open. As a rule, we talk to potential interested parties worldwide. The aim is to optimize the terms of the sale – including not only the purchase price but also other contractual terms – for our client.

CAPITAL RAISING

We support our clients in raising capital with a focus on equity and mezzanine capital.

We are in ongoing contact with many investors who provide growth financing to growing companies with established business models. In particular, mezzanine capital, which is usually counted as economic equity but does not lead to the dilution of existing shareholders, can be an interesting financing component.

Landpoint Corporate Finance does not enter into any financial commitments itself and concentrates on the optimal selection of external investors. In doing so, we are independent and free of conflicts of interest, committed only to the client’s interest.
